Management at Little Caesars Arena needs to educate their Red Shirt crowd control/usher staff on the importance of enhancing the concert experience for attendees, rather than ruining it. I had purchased front row seats just off the main floor for my wife and myself, spending over $1000 on TicketMaster for what was supposed to be a once-in-a-lifetime concert experience. Unfortunately, our view of the stage through the main floor aisle was obstructed by ushers who continuously stood in front of us during the concert. Despite my requests and gestures for them to move, they persisted, and even when they did move, other red shirts would take their place and enjoy the performance that I had paid for. The frustration led to the couple next to us leaving the concert early. I have no intention of paying such high prices again only to end up watching the screens instead of the actual concert.
